Prof. Wanyang Dai
Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Member of Jiangsu AI 50 PersonThinkTanks,Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the President & CEO of International (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum, Director of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee, Director of Probability and Statistics Special Committee of Jiangsu Mathematical Society, Supervisor Board Chairman of Jiangsu Applied Statistics Society. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called big model smart AI agents cloud system. He holds one “Invention Patent” and published numerous influential papers in big name journals. He is an Editor of AIMS Mathematics, the Guest Editor of AIMS Mathematics Special Issue of Quantum Computing, AI Mathematics, and Stochastics with Applications, the Guest Editor of MDPI Mathematics Special Issue of Probability Statistics, a Guest Editor of (Springer Journal) Mobile Networks and Applications, an Associate Editor of (Elsevier Journal) Results in Applied Mathematics, and an Associate Editor of Quantum Research.
Prof. Raj Jain
Raj Jain is currently the Barbara J. and Jerome R. Cox, Jr., Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Jain is a Life Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of ACM, a Fellow of AAAS, and a recipient of the 2018 James B. Eads Award from St. Louis Academy of Science, and the 2017 ACM SIGCOMM Life-Time Achievement Award. Previously, he was one of the Co-founders of Nayna Networks, Inc., a Senior Consulting Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation in Littleton, Mass, and then a professor of Computer and Information Sciences at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Prof. Nguyen Dinh Duc
Professor Duc also is the member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 11th term (2026-2031), the Vice-President of Vietnamese Association in Mechanics since 2017 -present, the Chairman of the Professor Council of VNU UET; the Head of Laboratory of Advanced Materials and Structures, the Dean of Faculty of Civil Engineering of VNU Hanoi, University of Engineering and Technology (UET). He also is the President of the network club about ensures the quality of higher education of Vietnam; Program Director of Civil Engineering Program of Vietnam-Japan University (VJU); Program Director of Automation and informatics Program of International School (IS), Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc has been a Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, since 1999. Professor Duc has over 400 publications in which over 250 papers have appeared in numerous ISI (SCI, SCIE) journals. He is the member of Editorial Board of 12 ISI International journals. Professor Duc has been awarded the Third Prize of “Talented Vietnamese National Award ”, 2008. The Bao Son Award 2024 in Engineering and Technology. He was honored to be awarded the Third-class (2016) and Second-class Labor Orders (2022) by the President of Vietnam for his outstanding and significant contributions to science, higher education, and the nation. Dr. Farhad Rezazadeh
Dr. Farhad Rezazadeh received the Ph.D. degree (Excellent Cum Laude) in Signal Theory and Communications from Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, Spain. He is an Applied AI and Generative AI professional with 10+ years of experience building and deploying real-world AI solutions across TelecomTech, TravelTech, BioTech, PharmaTech, and SecTech industries. His work spans end-to-end product development, from problem framing and model development to deployment and measurable business impact. He focuses on translating advanced AI into reliable, scalable systems. He is currently a Senior Data Science and Machine Learning Engineer at Omega CRM and Boehringer Ingelheim. Prior to his current role, he was a Machine Learning Scientist in the Product and Growth department at Hostelworld Group, a Visiting Associate Professor at UPC and Researcher (Senior Applied AI Engineer) in the Services as NetworkS (SaS) Research Unit at the Telecommunications Technological Center of Catalonia (CTTC), Barcelona, Spain. He has technical and leading experience in ten European and national R&D, industrial, and Business projects focusing on applied AI—work that earned recognition from the European Commission’s Innovation Radar and resulted in two EU project patents. His international experience includes roles at NEC Lab Europe, TUM and TUHH Universities in Germany, along with the UdG university in Spain. He was a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Ph.D. fellow and won five different grants from IEEE/IEEE ComSoc, two from the European Cooperation in Science and Technology, and a Catalan Government Ph.D. grant. Furthermore, as an active member of ACM and IEEE, he has contributed over 33 publications and three books and completed more than 300 peer reviews. He is founder and coordinator at the ACM Emerging Interest Group on Trustworthy and Responsible Systems (EIGTRUST) and IEEE TRUST-IoT working group and actively serves as Speaker, Organizing, Chair, Reviewer, and TPC member in IEEE and Guest Editor in Elsevier. He is an expert on Applied XAI and Generative AI. He is working on pre-training, fine-tuning, aligning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and Foundation Models for applications such as code generation, drug discovery, telecom, content processing, simulation automation, Time Series, Business Recommendation Systems, and decision-making tasks. He recently introduced Digital Co-Founders as a conceptual paradigm that positions Agentic AI systems as autonomous partners enabling individuals to ideate, build, and scale viable solo businesses.
