Prof. Tiberiu S. Letia
Professor Tiberiu Stefan Letia, 1975: Graduation of Polytechnical Institute of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, 1976-1979: researcher at Research Institute for Technical Computing, 1980- 1990: assistant professor at Polytechnical Institute of Cluj-Napoca, 1989: Doctor (PhD) from Polytechnical Institute of Cluj-Napoca, 1991-2019: lecturer, professor at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, 2020-present professor emeritus at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, and team leader of Quantum and Classic Intelligent Distributed Control Systems. Fieldresearch: real-time systems, distributed control systems, intelligent control systems, evolutionarysystems, Petri nets, quantum applications development.

Prof. Christian Aspalter
Christian Aspalter, Professor, Dept. of Social Sciences, Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU), Zhuhai, China. Prof. Christian Aspalter is a “Top 2% Scientist in the world” (STANFORD UNIVERSITY and ELSEVIER’s ranking, 2024). Prof. Aspalter’s works have been cited in at least 38 languages around the world. He has been cited 3,386 times, and an H-index of 29 (google scholar, May 2026). He is recipient of the “President’s Established Researcher Award” (2024-2025) of Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU). His current research interests are in Quantum Social Science—Quantum Economics, Quantum Social Dynamics, Quantum Policy Dynamics—plus in general Social Policy, Economics, Sociology, Philosophy, as well as Foundations in Quantum Physics. Prof. Aspalter is the author of “Quantum Economics: The New Economics of Communication, Power and Power Relations” (Edward Elgar, 2025), and “Human Entanglement Theory: A Quantum Approach to the Study of All Encompassing Human Communication” (Springer, 2024); and editor of “Quantum Social Science: Bridging Quantum Physics, Statistics, Psychology, Economics and Sociology” (forthcoming, 2026/27) Prof. Christian Aspalter got his Doctorate in Economic and Social Sciences from the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria. His study, research activities and teaching brought him e.g. to Korea (Seoul National University), Taiwan (National Taiwan University), Hong Kong (The University of Hong Kong), Mainland China (Fudan University), Australia (Australian National University), and Austria (Johannes Kepler University of Linz). Prof. Aspalter e.g. delivered the keynote lecture on pensions in Manila in 2009, at the Asia-Pacific Conference of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) based in Geneva. He also wrote key chapters/works for the Korean Government (pensions systems, health care systems), the United Nations (healthy aging), the Spanish Government (active aging), and the Indian Government (societal impact of Covid pandemic; financing personalized cancer drug therapies). In October 2005, Prof. Aspalter was honored personally by the then Prime Minister of Malaysia Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, as a Senior Fellow of the InstitutSosial Malaysia, Government of Malaysia.
